"Introduction and Overview
On 24 December 2023, I published an Op-ed in Trial Site News titled 'Adverse effects following COVID-19 vaccinations as reported in the Pubmed/Medline literature'. Its purpose was to demonstrate that, even with the extreme censorship of the biomedical literature (especially concerning papers that counter the official government narratives on Covid-19 issues), there exist sufficient papers in the premier biomedical literature that show the extent of myriad adverse effects following Covid-19 vaccinations...
Because of the aforementioned censorship of the biomedical literature, credible papers on Covid-19 vaccination side-effects were retracted or rejected by the journal Editors. The number of Editorial rejections is unknown, since the public does not have access to what is submitted to the journals, and what fraction is accepted. Thus, the Pubmed published literature represents a fraction of the post-Covid-19 vaccination adverse events research has identified...
Summary and Conclusions
A comprehensive query was developed to identify and analyze Pubmed/Medline articles that reported adverse health effects following Covid-19 vaccinations (see Appendix 1 for full query). Over 13,000 articles were retrieved using the query and the Pubmed search engine, and sampling of the retrieval showed over 90% of the retrieval was relevant...

In terms of numbers of papers in each category, the Neurological Disorders, Immune Disorders, Blood Disorders, and Cardiovascular Disorders form the first tier. The second-tier consists of Musculoskeletal Disorders, Skin Disorders, Inflammation, and Death...
[T]he numbers of adverse events following Covid-19 vaccinations and their frequencies of occurrence were not rare events, as promulgated by the Health Authorities. Rather, these adverse events were far larger than had been experienced following any other vaccinations in the past, and the benefits derived from Covid-19 vaccinations (if any) in no way justified the costs (health, financial, and otherwise)...
The breadth and extent of adverse events following Covid-19 vaccinations should not be surprising to anyone familiar with the biological mechanisms that underlie the operation of the Covid-19 'vaccines', especially those on an mRNA platform. I have described many of these mechanisms in myriad Op-eds: Op-ed1, Op-ed2, Op-ed3. Certainly, they were known to the vaccine designers/developers and the regulators, since they are mainly basic immunology concepts. Once these vaccines left the deltoid muscle (where they were injected), and entered the circulatory system, the damage they would inflict on the circulatory system and the myriad organs and tissues of the body would be a foregone conclusion. Proving intent is extremely difficult, but it is hard for me to see how the dissemination of these inadequately tested and toxic vaccines could have been anything other than deliberate."
