Added to The Covid Index by a Research Associate, an Index Entry (IE) is an abbreviated record for an information source. Each Index Entry includes the URL, reference information (e.g., title, authors), and, typically, key excerpts.

Key excerpts consist of significant or noteworthy highlights copied verbatim from an information source.

The Covid Index includes the following information sources if they counter, expose, or refute some aspect of the fallacious Covid Narrative:

• Materials written by credentialed medical or scientific professionals (e.g., a study or article)
• Commentary by credentialed medical or scientific professionals (e.g., interviews, speeches)
• Journalistic coverage of medical or scientific topics
• Data analyses produced by statisticians or other qualified professionals
• Materials written or shared by legal professionals (e.g., documents acquired by FOIA requests)
• Legal statutes, testimonies, and professional codes
• Governmental records or webpages
• Corporate records or webpages
• Whistleblower accounts
• Evidence of corruption, fraud, or criminality
• Other facts enabling Covid-related abuse (e.g., perverse financial incentives)

1. A trained Research Associate completes and submits the Index Entry Form.
2. A QA Reviewer reviews the Index Entry to verify its accuracy, completeness, and conformity with Covid Index guidelines.
   
   If the Terms of Use for the information source permit, the QA Reviewer publishes the Index Entry on The Covid Index website.
